Consumer Request Form

Consumers have the right to (1) request what personal information we collect about you (2) opt out of the sale of your personal information for advertising purposes (3) request that we delete personal information we collect about you (4) updated or correct personal information (5) request a downloadable form of your personal information be sent to you; and (6) request an account closure.

Please note, if you request a deletion of your personal information, your account will not be automatically closed.  To request an account closure, please check that option as well.To change your notification preferences, please access that within your Account settings to set the type of emails you wish to receive from TurboTenant, if any.
