Squeaky brand new landlord based in Virginia!
Just bought my first house in August (right before the interest rates started trending down go figure) and I am renting by the room. I self manage since its only one property. But I’m starting to realize that the process of vetting each roommate before allowing them to move tends to get redundant. Let’s see how this journey will unfold as time progresses!
