Hello everyone,

I’m Ran Fridman, owner of Fridman Properties Family. With two decades in property management and hospitality, my journey began in Thailand, where I opened my first bed-and-breakfast mini-hotel. This passion led me through eight years in China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, and for the past nine years, I’ve been managing properties in the USA.

Together with my wife, we own properties in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, and also manage investments for other investors in these states. My background in IT fuels my enthusiasm for automation, aiming to save time and resources. I’m eager to share my experiences and insights with this community.
