Yesterday, the Fed cut rates again! This time only a quarter-point, and speculation is they’ll do it again before the end of the year.

Per the article: “Annual inflation has since fallen from a 9.1% peak in mid-2022 to a 3 1/2-year low of 2.4% in September.”

    Is it time to buy?

But it’s not just about the interest rates; the real estate market can still be tricky with inventory and local trends playing a big part…

So true! And the market here in Colorado is still bonkers.

I hear Ohio’s a nice place to invest.

Was there ever a more popular Fed Chair?

I’ll be curious to see what happens with the rates in the next six to 12 months. But as the old adage goes, marry the property and date the rate – so if you have your eye on something that works for your portfolio now, I say jump on it!

Everybody hates Jerome Powell, but not right now.
